Terms
All sales are final
Pre order items will take 2-3 weeks to arrive upon placing order from supplier.
However, there might be shipment delays at times and it is not within our control.
Please be comfortable with the waiting time before placing your orders.
No exchange or refund is allowed after order is placed.
If there is any defect in the items, we will gladly refund/exchange.
Payment
Payment has to be made after placing orders.
An confirmation email will be sent after receiving the orders. Account details will be given in that email.
Orders will be cancel if no payment received for preorder period.
All payment has to be done via bank transfer.
Delivery
There is different modes of delivery
1. Normal OR Register Mail
All items will be carefully packed especially orders with papers included.
Postage has to be bear by buyers. Handling fee of $1 will be charged for each order.
For register mail, additional of $2.25 on top of normal postage fees.
We will not be responsible for lost mail through normal mail.
2. Self Collection
Self collection can be done at Toa Payoh OR Tiong Bahru Area.
3. Courier
Courier delivery to door step at $5 - $10 depending location.
Courier fees will be paid directly to the courier.
Free courier delivery for $80 purchase and above.
